Overview
Zeli Medic is a platform I designed and built for specialists and medical centers that need clinical and administrative work in one place. It covers patients, online scheduling, clinical records, documents, administrative processes, and day-to-day floor operations such as queues and the waiting room. It supports 30+ medical specialties and different care models, for independent practitioners and larger centers.
The challenge
Clinics often juggle separate tools for patients, calendar, documents, payments, and the waiting room. Information is duplicated and nobody sees the full operation.
The approach
I designed and built a centralized platform that covers clinical and administrative workflows, evolving over time for independent practitioners and medical centers (30+ specialties).
